Controller. Instituto CNA (ICNA), CNPJ 10.846.584/0001-74, part of the CNA / SENAR / Instituto CNA System, organizer of the Award. The platform is operated by the suppliers contracted for the Award.
Purpose. Personal data collected at entry (representative details and, for those who advance, team details, plus contacts) is processed exclusively to run the Award, Agri Summit Brazil 2027 and related communications (item 14.1).
Retention. Personal data is kept for as long as your participation in the Award lasts and for up to 90 days after it ends — your elimination at any stage or the end of the Award — after which it is anonymized. Beyond that period, only data required to meet a legal or regulatory obligation (such as the prize's tax and bank records, item 9.6.4), data covered by the image-use authorization, for 5 years (item 13.2), and data needed while any annulment or disqualification process is ongoing (items 15.3 and 15.4) is retained.
Sharing. With the authorization checked on the form, the Participant's data and information may be shared with the Organizing and Evaluation Committees, with the contracted suppliers and, for Participants in the Business Rounds, with the investors taking part in the rounds (item 14.2). Committee members undertake to keep entry information confidential (item 13.3).
Relationships and lodging. Information on family relationships, spouse or partner (item 3.4) is used only to check eligibility for the Award phases and is accessible only to the Organizing Committee. Details of the guests named by companies that receive a booth (item 7.2.7.1) are shared with the hotel or travel agency in charge, solely for the booking.
Restricted access. The representative's documents and contact details are accessible only to the organization. The score awarded is not disclosed to anyone beyond the organization (item 6.4).
Image use. Entry authorizes the use of name, brand, logo, image and voice, and of non-confidential information about the solution, in Award and event promotional materials, for 5 years (item 13.2). Participation does not transfer intellectual property (item 13.1).
Your rights. The rights provided under the LGPD (access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, among others) can be exercised by email at [email protected] or directly with Instituto CNA's data protection officer, by email at [email protected] (item 14.3).
Recommendation. Do not include in your materials any information you consider a trade secret (item 13.3).
