Who can take part (item 3)
Legal entities with an innovative solution for agribusiness, incorporated in Brazil (active CNPJ) or abroad (registration number in the country of origin). Individuals may not apply. Barred: those serving a penalty in a public tender or contract with the Public Administration or with the CNA / SENAR / Instituto CNA System, and those who took part in designing or running the Award. Anyone related up to the 3rd degree, or a spouse or partner, to people of the CNA / SENAR / Instituto CNA System, the committees or the suppliers may apply but, as a Participant with a Relationship, only takes part up to the TOP100 (Business Rounds) and does not advance to the TOP30 or compete for cash prizes or trophies (item 3.4).
Categories (item 5)
There are 10 categories: 7 thematic — Crop Production, Cross-cutting Agri, Animal Production, Farm to Table, Finance, Training and Emerging Technologies — for Startups, and 3 by profile: MEI, Innovative Company and Global. The category sets the judging panel and the minimum reserve of 3 participants per category in the TOP100.
Revenue and classification (items 2.1 and 3.3)
A Startup is an active CNPJ, not an MEI, with gross revenue of up to R$ 4.8 million in calendar year 2026. Above that limit, or by choice, it competes as Innovative Company; an MEI competes as MEI; a foreign company competes as Global. Revenue is self-declared.
Entries (item 4)
Free, exclusively through the Platform. One entry per CNPJ or per foreign registration. After submitting, the entry cannot be changed (item 4.5).
Criteria (item 6)
Execution Capacity, Market Reach, Solution and Business Model — up to 10 points each, 40 in total. In case of a tie, the following decide, in order: EC, MR, SO, BM and, finally, the earliest entry. Scores are not disclosed; results are published as named lists.
Phases (item 7)
TOP1000 by the form's score → TOP300, exhibitors with a booth on one of the days → TOP100 (the top 100, at least 3 per category, with access to the Business Rounds) → TOP30 (the 3 best per category, by score, excluding Participants with a Relationship) — these cuts announced by 01/25/2027 → in-person presentations (pitches): TOP30, TOP10, TOP7, TOP3 and the Champion, March 2–4, 2027. Guest nominations (booth) run through 02/05 and the TOP30 pitch materials through 02/14.
Business Rounds (item 8)
TOP100 participants who expressed interest in their entry are assessed by the panel (item 6.1 criteria and fit with investors' theses); those selected take part in the Business Rounds during the event (March 2–4, 2027). Selection announced by 01/25/2027.
Prizes (item 9)
R$ 340 thousand in cash, exclusively for the thematic categories (Startups): R$ 250 thousand for the Champion, R$ 25 thousand for each of the 2 TOP3 finalists and R$ 10 thousand for each of the 4 in the TOP7. The champions of the MEI, Innovative Company and Global categories receive a trophy, with no cash prize. Gross amounts, paid within 90 days after the event.
Image, data and judging (items 12 to 14)
The committees' decisions, at every phase, are sovereign and final. Entry authorizes the use of name, brand, image and non-confidential information in promotion for 5 years. Travel, lodging and meals are the participant's responsibility (except lodging for those who receive a booth (item 7.2.7)). Personal data is processed under the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law); contact: [email protected]; data protection officer: [email protected].
